Requirements:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling campaignsand collaborate with teams.
● Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on driving growthinaSaaS environment.
● Ability to analyze data, run experiments, and make decisions based on metrics suchasCAC, LTV, and MRR.
● Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
● Experience in customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization, withatrackrecord of optimizing the sales funnel for maximum impact.
● Ability to collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment between marketingandproduct development.
Responsibilities:
● Create and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
● Continuously test and optimize marketing funnels to increase conversion rates anddrive qualified leads.
● Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-driven content that enhances organictraffic and improves search engine rankings.
● Track and analyse marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar, providing insights to improve future campaigns.
● Create automated email marketing campaigns and customer journeys to engage leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.
● Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align withtheoverall company goals and product vision.
● Design, launch, and measure the impact of various growth experiments toidentifynew opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
● Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and reduce churn, focusingonlong-term retention.
● Keep up with industry trends and perform competitor analysis to identify newgrowthopportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
