Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on scalable channels such as digital advertising, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance data to identify new opportunities for growth and optimize existing initiatives for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with product teams to create targeted messaging and personalized user journeys that enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic channels, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine messaging, creative assets, landing pages, and user flows for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare detailed reports, and present insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and product development to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles with a track record of scaling user acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms for data analysis and reporting.
  • Expertise in managing paid media campaigns with a deep understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications are advantageous. Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
