Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketer to drive sustainable user acquisition and revenue growth through organic channels. This role focuses on SEO, content, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and community-led growth

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies across SEO, content, social, and partnerships
  • Own product marketing: positioning, messaging, launches, and feature adoption campaigns
  • Build and optimize content funnels that convert traffic into signups and customers
  • Improve activation, retention, and referral loops through lifecycle marketing
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website performance, and scale SEO efforts
  • Run experiments across landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels
  • Analyze growth metrics and continuously optimize for MRR and user growth

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of growth or marketing experience in SaaS
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and product-led growth
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, PostHog, etc.)
  • Ability to run experiments and interpret data independently
  • Strong copywriting and positioning skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
