The Opportunity

This is not a traditional marketing role. We’re looking for a growth operator - someone who wakes up every day asking: How do we generate qualified leadership conversations this week?

Your mandate is simple: create qualified pipeline opportunities quickly through aggressive campaigns, executive engagement, and tightly integrated sales and marketing outreach. You’ll work directly with our CEO and sales leadership to turn market attention into real pipeline - fast. This is a contract engagement with a clear path to full-time employment for the right person.

What You’ll Do

Rapid Campaign Development

  • Launch targeted campaigns (LinkedIn, webinars, executive roundtables, account-based outreach) designed to drive executive engagement - quickly, not after months of planning.
  • Test, measure, and iterate on campaign performance weekly; double down on what works and kill what doesn’t

LinkedIn & Thought Leadership Amplification

  • Amplify our CEO’s voice and Fierce’s thought leadership presence to convert attention into conversations and meetings
  • Build engagement loops through comments, discussions, and inbound interest strategies.
  • Turn posts and content into direct outreach opportunities

Sales & Marketing Integration

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure every campaign is designed to produce opportunities they can pursue
  • Coordinate targeting, follow-up processes, and messaging alignment across sales and marketing
  • Operate as one coordinated revenue motion - not a siloed marketing function

High-Velocity Experimentation

  • Run multiple demand generation experiments simultaneously: industry roundtables, referral programs, partner outreach, customer storytelling, targeted account campaigns
  • Treat demand generation as an experimentation engine - speed and learning matter more than perfection.

Executive Engagement Programs

  • Design and execute leadership roundtables and peer discussion formats that create high-trust, high-engagement conversations with senior leaders
  • Build this into a repeatable pipeline engine that generates qualified opportunities through genuine engagement - not cold marketing

AI-Powered Growth

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign targeting, personalization, and outreach at scale
  • Push the boundary of what’s possible with AI-assisted demand generation - we want someone who’s already doing this, not learning about it

Who You Are

  • Self-driven, scrappy, and aggressive - you don’t wait for permission to launch
  • Experienced in demand generation, growth marketing, or pipeline creation (B2B strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable running fast experiments across multiple channels simultaneously
  • Skilled at integrating marketing efforts directly with a sales team
  • Already fluent in AI tools for marketing (content generation, targeting, automation, analytics)
  • Hands-on executor who can also think strategically about what drives pipeline
  • Thrives in a lean, high-accountability environment where results matter more than titles
  • Excellent communicator who can engage executives authentically

Nice to Have

  • Experience in leadership development, organizational development, HR tech, or SaaS
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
  • Background in producing executive events, roundtables, or peer learning formats
  • HubSpot or comparable marketing automation experience
