Growth Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Growth Marketing Specialist (Execution-Focused | E-commerce / DTC | Istanbul-Based Preferred)

Job Description:
We are a global health & wellness brand (biohacking, supplements, performance products), and we are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to support our day-to-day marketing execution with our US market.
This is an execution-focused role, and we need someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple marketing channels.

What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, including:
Email & Retention Marketing

• Set up and manage email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, retention, etc.)
• Create and optimize email campaigns
• Run A/B tests to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions

Funnel Optimization

• Assist in improving website conversion rates
• Identify drop-off points and suggest improvements
• Support landing page optimization and testing

Paid Ads Execution

• Help set up and manage campaigns (Meta, Google)
• Monitor performance and assist with optimizations
• Work on creatives, copy, and targeting adjustments

Campaign & Growth Execution

• Launch and manage campaigns across channels
• Support influencer/affiliate campaign execution (if needed)
• Track performance and report on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversions)

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years experience in digital/growth marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with: * Email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Meta Ads / Google Ads (basic to intermediate level)
• A/B testing and funnel optimization
• Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands is a strong plus
• Data-driven mindset (understands metrics like CAC, ROAS, conversion rate)
• Highly organized and able to execute without constant supervision
• Comfortable working in a startup / fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in supplements, fitness, or wellness
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms
• Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing
• Preferably based in Istanbul, Turkey
• Open to remote within Turkey
