We are looking for "Growth Operation Supervisor” to join our team in n11.

What you'll do

• Developing campaigns aligned with categories/sales team
• Providing overall campaign process with Design, Commercial Growth, Customer Growth
• Defining basket and instant discounts analyze & interpret results
• Providing new campaign scenarios using campaign tools according to business needs
• Managing Web, Mweb, App homepage display banners and promotions
• Defining deal calender and reporting results daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Defining buyer and overall cart coupons
• Guiding categories with their coupon needs
• Working closely with other members of growth team to create coupon & campaign scenarios and desing needs

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering and related field
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to look different perspective
• Curious in following trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent MS Office skills
