What this person exists to do

One outcome only:

Create inbound demand that turns into booked calls or signed work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies that align with company goals, focusing on expanding customer base and increasing revenue streams through content creation and customer service
• Take existing content, rework it into new ways, and post it for engagement.
• Make new content and present it.
• Talk to potential customers commenting and or sharing your content.

Requirements

• Can edit videos proficiently
• Creative
• Self-motivator
• Can shoot video
• Produce good shots (with in house equipment or your own)
• Meet KPIs, Goal is 1 lead a week to start. Every 2 leads can potentially increase your weekly hours. Reach 15 signups back to back in 2 months and I'll open a 40hr work week for this position. Close more and we can start talking great paydays.
