Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Partner to lead PlusBase's expansion in the global dropshipping and print-on-demand (POD), and possess excellent community-building skills. You will be responsible for building a network of sellers and collaborating with partners to grow the market.

Key Responsibilities:

● Seller Engagement & Acquisition: Leverage your background as a seller to engage with the dropshipping and POD community, attracting new sellers to PlusBase.

● Community Building: Build and nurture a strong community of dropshipping/POD sellers in the global market. Experience in community-building is a plus.

● Partnership & Collaboration: Work closely with influencers, affiliates, and partners to promote PlusBase, expand the user base, and establish strategic alliances.

● Seller Support & Development: Provide support and guidance to sellers to ensure they succeed on PlusBase, and develop initiatives to help sellers grow their business.

Key Requirements:

● Seller Background: Proven experience in e-commerce, with a background in dropshipping or print-on-demand. Prior experience as a seller is essential.

● Connections with Sellers: A strong network of sellers who have experience in dropshipping/POD, with the ability to leverage these connections for seller acquisition.

● Community Building Experience: Proven ability to build and manage seller communities. Prior experience in community development is a strong advantage.

● Partnership Development: Experience working with partners, influencers, and affiliates to expand market reach.

Preferred Skills:

● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

● Ability to work independently and take ownership of the global market’s growth.

● Experience in global e-commerce landscape.

● Familiarity with social media and online marketing strategies.
