Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing & Partnerships Lead to drive the expansion of our experiences marketplace. You will be responsible for identifying, inviting, and onboarding top-tier experience providers while designing marketing strategies that position the platform as the go-to destination for unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to premium experience providers across Dubai and the UAE.
• Build strong relationships with providers and their marketing teams to encourage listing on the platform.
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new providers and increase engagement.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-value experiences to enrich the marketplace.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize provider onboarding, content quality, and promotion strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to achieve growth targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in marketing, business development, or partnerships, ideally in the experiences, travel, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to independently generate leads and close partnerships.
• Strong digital marketing skills including social media, email campaigns, and CRM management.
• Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling value propositions for providers.
• Passion for experiences, lifestyle, and customer delight.
