We are looking for a Mid-Level Growth & Performance Marketing Executive who can drive user acquisition for our mobile apps, including Anonymous Chat, Dating App, LGBTQ Dating App, and Matrimony App.
The ideal candidate should be strong in AI-based video ad creation, influencer collaboration, performance marketing (Meta/TikTok/Google), creative script writing, and analytics.
This role does NOT require physical photoshoots — we create AI-generated videos, UGC-style content, chat-simulation ads, and animation-based ads.
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing (Primary Responsibility)
- Run paid ad campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google App Campaigns
- TikTok / Moj / Josh / ShareChat Ads
- Snapchat Ads
- Unity/AppLovin for gaming-style ads
- Optimize campaigns for:
- CPI (Cost Per Install)
- CPA (Cost Per Signup)
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- ROAS / Retention
2. AI-Based Video Ad Creation
- Create short-form ads using:
- CapCut / Adobe Express
- Runway / Pika Labs (AI videos)
- D-ID / HeyGen (AI actors)
- Canva / Motion Graphics tools
- Prepare engaging:
- Chat simulation videos
- POV-style ads
- Story-based dating ads
- AI influencer-style videos
- Produce 20–30 variations weekly for testing.
3. Influencer & Creator Collaboration
- Identify micro-influencers on:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Moj & Josh creators
- Snapchat creators
- Negotiate cost-effective deals (barter + low-budget collaborations).
- Coordinate UGC content production.
4. Creative Strategy & Storyboarding
- Write scripts for video ads.
- Create concepts based on:
- Relationship scenarios
- Anonymous chat hooks
- LGBTQ representation
- Matrimony storytelling
- Test multiple variations (hooks, captions, CTAs).
5. App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Optimize PlayStore/AppStore:
- Title, short description, long description
- Screenshots & preview videos
- Keyword targeting (ASO tools)
- Improve organic installs.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like:
- Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics
- App campaigns dashboard
- Adjust/AppsFlyer (if implemented)
- Weekly reporting on:
- Installs
- Signup conversion
- Retention
- Cost per install (CPI)
- Cost per signup (CPA)
7. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with:
- Content Writer
- SEO Team
- App Developers
- Design Team
- Provide clear creative briefs.
Required SkillsPerformance Marketing Skills
- Strong experience with paid ads for mobile apps
- Understanding of funnels (Install → Signup → Match → Chat)
- Ability to analyze CPI, CPA, ROAS
Creative & AI Skills
Must be proficient in:
- CapCut
- Canva/Adobe Express
- Runway/Pika (AI video)
- D-ID or HeyGen (AI human videos)
- Script writing for short ads
Influencer Coordination Skills
- Good communication
- Negotiation & influencer filtering
- Ability to manage 20–40 creators/month
General Skills
- Basic understanding of dating-industry marketing
- Strong storytelling ability
- Good English & Hindi content writing skills
- Fast execution and experimentation mindset
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on dating apps, social apps, or chat apps
- Worked with AI video generation
- Experience with Moj/Josh/Snapchat ads
- Past success in lowering CPI or CPA for apps

Salary Range (India — Mid Level)
₹25,000 – ₹45,000 / month
(Depending on skill, performance marketing ability & creative capabilities)
