About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager for the CloudBees Unify platform – an open and flexible DevSecOps control plane that helps enterprises ship software faster and safer, while giving developers freedom and leadership control.
As Growth Product Manager, you will drive activation, engagement, and monetization for CloudBees’ SaaS Unify offering. You’ll focus on identifying friction points in the user journey, designing experiments to improve self-serve conversion, and partnering across Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to scale adoption.
This role blends analytical rigor with creative product thinking. You’ll thrive if you’re data-driven, energized by experimentation, and passionate about understanding user behavior in a technical product used by developers and DevOps professionals.
Key Responsibilities
-
Drive growth through experimentation: Identify and execute hypotheses to improve sign-ups, activation, expansion, and retention across the Unify SaaS funnel.
-
Own the self-serve journey: Partner with Design, Engineering, and PMM to optimize onboarding, trial conversion, and product-led motions.
-
Leverage data to prioritize impact: Define success metrics, analyze funnel performance, and translate insights into actionable product changes.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align growth experiments with GTM campaigns and enterprise plays.
-
Champion the user: Use qualitative and quantitative research to uncover unmet needs and reduce friction for new and existing users.
-
Scale repeatable motions: Develop playbooks for pricing experiments, in-app messaging, and lifecycle triggers that drive engagement.
-
Advance our AI-powered future: Identify opportunities where predictive analytics or agentic workflows can accelerate growth and user value realization.
Qualifications
Required:
-
2-5 years of experience in product management, growth, or data-driven experimentation—ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
-
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, or security/compliance domains is a plus.
-
Strong analytical skills and comfort with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Heap, Mixpanel, Looker, SQL).
-
Demonstrated success improving activation, engagement, or conversion metrics through structured experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization, etc.).
-
User-centric mindset—able to balance intuition with data to inform product decisions.
-
Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
-
Growth mindset: curious, resilient, scrappy and eager to iterate quickly.
