Their flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange building trading tools for both retail and institutional clients—including spot trading and yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the growth roadmap to increase user acquisition, activation, trading engagement, retention, and revenue for web and app.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, user research, and market/competitor insights.
  • Optimize key funnels such as onboarding, KYC, first deposit, first trade, spot trading and other products.
  • Design and run high-impact experiments (A/B tests, holdouts), defining hypotheses, success metrics, rollout plans, and learnings.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Risk/Compliance, and Ops to deliver growth initiatives end- to-end.
  • Track and report growth performance through dashboards, cohorts, and unit economics; translate insights into actions.
  • Ensure growth mechanics are compliant, transparent, and aligned with risk controls and fair user outcomes.
  • Write clear PRDs and communicate priorities, results, and next steps to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 3-6+ years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of growth, funnels, or experimentation.
  • Proven track record of shipping features and running experiments that improved core metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills in funnels, cohorts, retention, and A/B testing; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent product sense and ability to define clear problems, solutions, and success metrics.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in crypto exchange/brokerage, trading products, or regulated fintech; familiarity with KYC/AML, fraud, incentives, and multi-currency economics; SQL or hands-on analytics ability.
