Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Growth Sales Manager with 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, specialising in A2P SMS, CPaaS (WhatsApp Business, APIs, messaging), and CCaaS solutions. The role is responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and growing the full CX portfolio across enterprise and mid-market customers.


Key Responsibilities


  • Revenue & Growth:

– Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across A2P, CPaaS, and CCaaS.

– Drive both new logo acquisition (hunting) and expansion of existing accounts (farming).

– Maintain a strong, predictable pipeline with accurate forecasting.


  • Market Development:

– Identify and target high-value opportunities across UAE industries.

– Develop and execute account penetration strategies.

– Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to strengthen GTM positioning.


  • Customer & Stakeholder Management:

– Build and manage relationships with C-level, IT, digital, marketing, and procurement teams.

– Lead commercial discussions, pricing, proposals, and RFP/RFQ submissions.

– Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution alignment.


  • Solution Expertise:

– Sell and position the full CX portfolio: A2P messaging, CPaaS APIs, WhatsApp Business, Voice, RCS, and CCaaS/omnichannel solutions.

– Understand UAE messaging regulations, operator ecosystem, routing, and compliance.

– Work closely with presales, delivery, and product teams on solutioning and execution.


Required Experience & Skills

– 8–10 years B2B sales experience in the UAE telecom/CPaaS/CX ecosystem.

– Proven experience in selling A2P SMS, CPaaS, and ideally CCaaS.

– Strong hunting and farming skills with a record of new logo wins and account growth.

– Strong commercial acumen, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing ability.

– Solid pipeline management and CRM discipline.

– Established industry contacts in UAE across BFSI, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, logistics, and hospitality.

– Ability to articulate CX value and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.


Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
