Responsibilities

• Assist in launching and monitoring user acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and more
• Bring creative ideas to the table — from ad concepts to new channels worth testing
• Dive into performance data to uncover insights and spot trends
• Support predictive models and budget planning with accurate data inputs
• Partner with product and game teams to align marketing strategies with live ops and new releases
• Collaborate with creatives to test new ad concepts and messaging
• Stay curious and up to date with trends in growth marketing and mobile gaming

Requirements

• New grad with a bachelor's degree
• A genuine passion for mobile games and how they grow
• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity for understanding data
• A self-starter with a creative mindset
• Clear communicator with a collaborative attitude
• Comfortable representing ideas and results to different teams
• Eagerness to learn, test, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced environment
