Growth & Strategy Specialist

We are looking for a Growth & Strategy Specialist to join us in a hands-on, individual contributor role within an early-stage startup environment. This position requires strategic thinking, strong execution capability, and complete ownership of outcomes. Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Partner with leadership to define and refine the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Track, analyze, and report key business and growth metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute new business and growth opportunities.
  • Own and optimize the revenue funnel, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and business development dynamics.
  • Plan and manage paid marketing initiatives, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display campaigns.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships aligned with business and customer objectives.
  • Translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in self-sovereign identity, digital credentials, and B2B SaaS ecosystems.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or growth roles within technology products or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience working in early-stage startups, particularly in 0-1 build journeys (seed or pre-Series stage).
  • A generalist mindset with the ability to move fluidly between strategy formulation and hands-on execution.
  • Comfort with owning outcomes independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline; graduation from a Tier-1 management institute preferred.
