Job Responsibilities:
- Execute & coordinate the planned marketing strategies to increase the retail and market place user acquisition, engagement, and retention & the overall GMV.
-Monitoring, Analyzing the user funnel data EX :
( Monthly active users (MAU) growth, Customer acquisition cost (CAC),Conversion rate optimization (CRO), Retention rate / Churn rate, Return on ad spend (ROAS))
-Build up and share insights related to the current assortment situation regarding the current assortment & portfolio weak points.
-Deliver detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually reports related to performance.
-Optimizing the market place products related search and performance analysis
-Manage the in app activities related to the E-Commerce.
Job Requirements:
-+4 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce growth roles.
-Supervisory or team lead experience is a strong advantage.
-Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
