GRP Laminator

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare molds, surfaces, and materials for lamination processes
• Apply gel coat, resins, and fiberglass matting using hand lay-up or spray techniques Cut, shape, and position fiberglass materials as per specifications
• Mix resins and catalysts in correct proportions Carry out rolling and consolidation to remove air bubbles and ensure proper bonding
• Trim, grind, and finish laminated parts to required dimensions Repair damaged GRP structures and components
• Ensure proper curing and finishing of products Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean and safe condition
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
