GRP TECHNICIAN

05 GRP TECHNICIAN NEEDED

• Perform fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance of GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) products such as tanks, pipes, manholes, covers, and panels.
• Carry out lamination, molding, resin mixing, curing, cutting, grinding, and finishing works as per drawings and specifications.
• Inspect GRP surfaces for defects, cracks, leaks, or damages and perform corrective repairs.
• Read and understand shop drawings, method statements, and work instructions related to GRP works.
• Ensure proper use of resins, catalysts, fiberglass materials, and tools according to manufacturer and safety guidelines.
• Follow site safety rules, PPE requirements, and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean and safe condition.
• Report material requirements, work progress, and any technical issues to the supervisor.
• Support site installation works and attend emergency repair jobs when required.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
