Purpose of Position
To ensure public sector organizations operate efficiently, legally, and transparently, improving service delivery and enforcing compliance with standards.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
Major Responsibilities

Conduct inspections, file Violation Reports and submit all other reports as required for outlets and / or points of entry in line with approved plans and NCW requirements.

Verify compliance with applicable rules, licenses, permits, standards and documentation, and check actual conditions / shipments against approved documents.

Prepare accurate inspection reports and submit them on time through NCW systems and reporting channels.

Document violations, evidence, observations and violator statements in accordance with the required procedures and notify NCW and line management as needed.

Confiscate non-compliant wildlife, products or derivatives as required, provide proper immediate care and hand over to NCW in accordance with approved procedures.

Maintain professionalism during inspections and interactions with stakeholders and beneficiaries and handle challenging situations appropriately.
Qualification and Experience

Bachelor of Science (BSc) (e.g., in Zoology, Veterinary Science) or a specialization in a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience (ideally in inspections). Inspectors conducting the Services should be Saudi nationals.
Skills & Qualities:
Inspection techniques, document verification, field reporting, wildlife handling basics, violation documentation and use of inspection systems and equipment.
