Our department is growing and we are seeking the highly motivated individuals with a passion for excellence to join our team. We have an immediate career opportunity for a qualified GSE Maintenance A3 Technician at our Erlanger, KY hub (CVG airport). As an A3 GSE Technician, you will provide a variety of services to include performing preventative maintenance on ground support equipment, preforming daily scheduled work, as well as work that needs immediate attention due to the needs of the operation.

Key Accountabilities

• Safety first focused approach to conducting work
• Possess a full complement of personal hand tools and ability to furnish hand tools up to 1/2” drive
• Be able to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and components
• This position requires excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Will utilize hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and computers to diagnose and repair equipment
• Will be required to operate a large assortment of equipment in their job function
• Will be required to wear applicable personal protective equipment, and follow rules and regulations related to a detailed lockout/tag out program
• Must be detail oriented and a self-starter with a positive attitude
• Report to work on a regular and timely basis and complete the scheduled workday on a consistent basis
• Must understand and have the ability to interact with a computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of service and repair diesel powered equipment
• Knowledge of service and repair of mobile HVAC systems
• Knowledge of service and repair of complex Hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of service and repair of electrical systems
• Ability to weld
• Be proficient in reading and comprehending electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Able to work well individually and in a team setting
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Be proficient in reading and comprehending electrical and hydraulic schematics
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs regularly
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, frequently at times
• Must be able to work at heights
• Must be able to work in hot and cold environments to include inclement weather
• Must be able to stand for long durations
