Location: The Learning Experience - South Lyon
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Pay: $20 per hour
Requirements: BA in Early Childhood Education or Valid Teaching Certificate with Early Childhood endorsement

Role Responsibilities

As a GSRP Lead Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Lead lesson planning, documentation, and implementation using our Creative L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
• Create a nurturing, engaging, and educational classroom environment.
• Communicate daily with families through personal discussions and mobile app updates.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and families to foster a collaborative learning community.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and center policies.
• Promote social, emotional, and academic growth for preschool children.
  Qualifications
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or valid Teaching Certificate with Early Childhood endorsement (required).
• At least 18 years of age with strong professional references.
• Comprehensive background check, fingerprinting, and negative TB test required.
• 1+ year of experience as a preschool or lead teacher required.
Proficient with classroom technology and record-keeping.
