GTM & Commercial Consultant (Digital Venture Building)

About The Job

We’re looking for someone who can help build the commercial engine of a new digital venture inside a major corporation. This isn’t a back-office role, you’ll be on the frontlines shaping the go-to-market approach, developing key commercial tools, and working directly with priority clients to drive early traction.

From day one, you’ll be hands-on across multiple fronts: defining value propositions, creating pitch materials, spotting commercial opportunities, and supporting roadshows and discovery meetings that position the platform as a serious player in the market. You’ll also act as the link between strategy and execution — making sure proposals are sharp, repeatable, and grounded in real client insight.

If you’re comfortable mixing analytical thinking with practical commercial work, and you know how to engage clients and build momentum, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Drive business development and client engagement: identify opportunities, support proposal development, and lead roadshows.
  • Shape the go-to-market strategy: craft commercial models, value propositions, and GTM frameworks aligned with client needs.
  • Lead commercial storytelling and pitching: build compelling decks, narratives, and toolkits that position offerings credibly.
  • Perform analytical and market research: market sizing, benchmarking, pricing models, and synthesizing insights into action.
  • Ensure cross-functional coordination with product, design, and delivery teams so market positioning translates into execution.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to break down complex GTM challenges into clear, scalable solutions.
  • Work with agility and an entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, iterating quickly, and thinking like a venture builder

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of consulting experience, preferably with a top-tier firm.
  • A strong track record in business development and client-facing roles.
  • Confident storytelling and pitching skills, with the ability to present clearly and persuasively.
  • Solid analytical experience in market research, pricing strategy, and opportunity sizing.
  • Comfort working across strategy, product, design, and delivery teams.
  • A structured mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Fluency in Arabic (highly preferred).
  • Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Open to a 9-month renewable contract assignment.
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a strong plus.
