We're hiring GTM Engineer (Karachi)

We are looking for a Lethal GTM Engineer who does a ton of yorkers (ie, GTM work, research, and fieldwork) and consistently gets amazing ROI on niche markets. The brands we work with are extremely dynamic, so you will have a playground of offers and pitches to score in.

About the client we're hiring for:

Our client is a one-stop solution provider for your AR, VR, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and Web & Game Development needs.

Duties:

• Define, build, and scale GTM workflows rooted in a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile and full revenue lifecycle.
• Write copy that sells, primarily focused on B2B retainers of $3000-12,000/month.
• Partner with GTM leadership to translate process requirements into scalable workflows that serve sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Run targeted automation and personalization experiments for outbound and account-based campaigns, then scale successful approaches.
• Continuously refine processes and workflows using AI, automation, and analytics to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
• Get qualified meetings.

Requirements:

• GRIT - perseverance for long-term goals. If you find grunt work boring, this role is not for you.
• Getting stuff done and problem-solving attitude.
• Built a funnel in the past - advanced experience using Lemlist, Instantly, Clay, Apollo, and a CRM of choice.
• Previous experience of running campaigns with over 3% response rate @ 1000+ leads.
