Job Title: Outbound Sales Automation / GTM Engineer

Role Overview
We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Automation / GTM Engineer who can design, build, and optimize scalable outbound systems. This role blends sales ops, growth engineering, and automation, focused on turning ICPs into booked meetings through email, LinkedIn, CRM, and AI-driven workflows.
You’ll own the outbound motion end-to-end — from data and tooling to messaging, deliverability, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound System Architecture
- Build and maintain outbound engines using tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Design multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp where relevant).
- Set up AI-assisted SDR workflows (lead enrichment, personalization, follow-ups).
Data, Targeting & ICP
- Define and refine ICPs, personas, and buying signals.
- Source, clean, enrich, and segment lead lists (Sales Navigator, ContactOut, Apollo, Clay, etc.).
- Implement account-based outbound (ABM) for high-value targets.
Messaging & Conversion
- Collaborate on cold email and LinkedIn copy (pain-driven, outcome-focused).
- A/B test subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and sequencing logic.
- Optimize for meeting booked, not just open or reply rates.
Deliverability & Infrastructure
- Manage domains, inbox rotation, DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Monitor spam health, warming, bounce rates, and sender reputation.
- Ensure consistent inbox placement at scale.
Automation & Integrations
- Build no-code / low-code workflows using Zapier, Make, n8n.
- Integrate outbound tools with CRMs, calendars, Slack, and analytics.
- Automate reporting, lead routing, and follow-ups.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track funnel metrics: delivery → open → reply → meeting → close.
- Create dashboards and weekly performance reports.
- Continuously iterate GTM strategy based on data.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with cold email + LinkedIn outbound
- Strong understanding of sales automation tools & CRMs
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
- Comfortable with no-code / low-code automation
- Analytical mindset with strong experimentation habits
