Overview

The Global CRM & Sales Operations team is looking for an intern who’s excited to learn how modern sales organizations run behind the scenes. This role blends hands‑on work with data, systems, and AI tools with opportunities to collaborate across teams and support new sales initiatives. It’s a great fit for someone who is flexible, curious, and energized by working with people.


How you'll make an impact
  • Support execution of new CRM functionality — work closely with the field to increase awareness of new functionality
  • Data quality and cleanup projects — improve CRM accuracy by identifying gaps, standardizing records, and supporting data hygiene efforts
  • AI‑related projects — assist with testing new Ai uses cases
What You’ll Learn
  • How global sales teams use CRM systems to drive pipelines, renewals and customer engagement
  • How AI is being integrated into modern sales processes
  • How to manage projects, communicate with stakeholders, and support change management
  • How to strategize and execute initiatives to meet data quality standards

About You

Required:

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
    — you don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should love figuring things out.
  • Flexibility and adaptability — comfortable switching between tasks and working in a fast‑moving environment.
  • People‑first mindset — enjoys working with others, asking questions, and supporting teammates.
  • Analytical thinking — interest in data, systems, or process improvement.

Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, AI tools, or basic data analysis.


Compensation and benefits


We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
