The Guest Care Associate II plays a vital role in providing exceptional guest service and support within our call center operations. This position involves handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve guest issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Document guest interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for guest support.
  • Adhere to established call center procedures and quality standards.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or guest service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
