THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a warm, attentive, and service-driven GUEST EXPERIENCE AGENT to be the face of our hospitality and ensure every stay is seamless from arrival to departure.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be at the heart of our guest journey—welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and delivering thoughtful, personalized service at every touchpoint. From check-in to check-out, you’ll ensure each experience reflects the charm and sophistication of The Ned.

• Provide a warm and genuine welcome to all guests, creating a positive first impression
• Manage and coordinate room reservations as well as restaurant reservations and room service orders ensuring accuracy and a seamless booking experience
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Maintain accurate guest records and uphold confidentiality standards
• Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations

ABOUT YOU:

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills
• Preferably with an F&B background in a luxury hotel environment
• Provide a warm and genuine welcome to all guests, creating a positive first impression
• Manage and coordinate room reservations as well as restaurant reservations, ensuring accuracy and a seamless booking experience
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Maintain accurate guest records and uphold confidentiality standards
• Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
