Guest Experience Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of educational programs, workshops, or special events
• Maintain accurate records of visitor attendance, program participation, and feedback using databases or spreadsheets
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the collection of feedback for continuous improvement
• Contribute to social media management by sharing updates, event highlights, and engaging content to promote community involvement

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage diverse audiences
• Experience working with children or in educational settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of social media platforms and basic content management practices
• Ability to organize multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
