Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through check-in procedures.
• Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Coordinate guest services, including reservations, special requests, and personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain front desk operations efficiently by handling guest check-ins/outs, managing schedules, and overseeing daily administrative tasks.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and hospitality etiquette.
• Experience
• Previous front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, front desk operations, and phone etiquette.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while delivering outstanding guest relations. Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
