Location: Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is located in the Kingdom Tower in central Riyadh, offering a prestigious address with proximity to business areas, shopping centers, and cultural sites.

The Role

The Guest Experience Coordinator is a central part of the Guest Experience Team whose main objective is to handle the pre-arrival process, which can include transportation, dining, and activity bookings. Once the guest is in house, the Guest Experience Coordinator will act as liaison between Host and the guest to ensure that any special activity or request is orchestrated and planned for the host to flawlessly execute.

Hotel context: Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh features prime location in the heart of the capital, 276 rooms, including 39 suites. Food & Beverage includes three restaurant venues with a seating capacity of 250 guests. Event facilities total 7,213 square meters. The Spa offers 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 treatment room for female guests, with a dedicated Spa team of 25 colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the pre-arrival process for guests, including transportation, dining, and activity bookings.
  • Serve as liaison between Host and guest to coordinate and execute special requests and activities during the guest stay.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and flawless service delivery.
Knowledge and Skills
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a luxury hotel.
  • Self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good team spirit with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment using computer systems and reservation platforms.
  • Reading, writing, and spoken proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Flexible schedule; able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
