We are currently seeking to recruit a Guest Experience Executive– VIP Passenger Support on behalf of our client, an established and reputable name in premium aviation solutions, for their Dubai office.


Job Summary-


The Guest Experience Executive plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to visitors and passengers from the moment they enter the terminal until they board the aircraft. As the first point of contact, the Executive represents the brand with elegance and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.


Key Responsibilities-


  • Welcome and assist passengers and visitors upon arrival at the terminal.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient guest movement from entry to aircraft boarding.
  • Represent the brand image with poise, professionalism, and courtesy.
  • Manage and support the handling of passenger passports throughout their stay.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of service delivery in line with company values.
