We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Guest Experience Manager to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service at our Lahore location. In this role, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and delightful experience—from the moment they walk in to the last bite of dessert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and train front-of-house staff to uphold service excellence
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and store standards
• Coordinate with kitchen/delivery teams to ensure timely service
• Be the face of the brand and promote guest loyalty

Requirements:

• 2–3 years in hospitality or customer service leadership
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A warm, guest-first attitude
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
