About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our growing holiday homes company in Dubai. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering 5-star guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest communication on WhatsApp
- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs
- Inspect apartments to ensure guest readiness
- Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
- Communicate with cleaning and maintenance teams
- Manage guest reviews and maintain high ratings
- Prepare welcome packs and special arrangements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai holiday homes
- Excellent English communication (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays)
- UAE driving license
- Knowledge of Airbnb / Booking.com / PMS systems preferred
