Guest Experience Officer – Holiday Homes (Dubai)

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our growing holiday homes company in Dubai. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering 5-star guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle guest communication on WhatsApp
• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs
• Inspect apartments to ensure guest readiness
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
• Communicate with cleaning and maintenance teams
• Manage guest reviews and maintain high ratings
• Prepare welcome packs and special arrangements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai holiday homes
• Excellent English communication (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays)
• UAE driving license
• Knowledge of Airbnb / Booking.com / PMS systems preferred
