At Stella Stays, You Will

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will serve as one of the primary points of contact for our guests across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. You'll play an essential role in delivering outstanding guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations that keep our properties running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key member of the Guest Experience team, representing the company through every guest interaction.
  • Support guests throughout their stay, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service-related requests.
  • Manage guest communications, including booking inquiries, reservation confirmations, and ongoing support through messaging channels.
  • Coordinate operational activities involving housekeeping, inspections, maintenance, and property readiness.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our portfolio, including property features, amenities, and guest offerings.
  • Assist with onboarding and launching new units, ensuring they meet operational and guest-ready standards.
  • Promote and coordinate additional services, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Respond proactively to guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
  • Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, operational reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Take ownership of projects aimed at improving operational processes, procurement workflows, and scalability.
  • Support additional responsibilities and special projects based on business priorities and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts when required.
  • Reliable internet connectivity and access to a personal laptop for remote or overnight support shifts.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required; additional languages such as Russian or Turkish are considered an advantage.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop new skills and competencies.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, customer support, or property management is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a solutions-oriented mindset.
