THE GREAT PAY

Our Guest Hospitality Representative earns $12.00 - $14.00/hour (based on experience).

Our Great American Grill serves delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and our indoor pool and whirlpool are perfect for relaxing after a long day.


WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS A GUEST HOSPITALITY REPRESENTATIVE?

We're offering full- and part-time schedules during the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and/or 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

You'll set the tone for our guests' hotel stays, ensuring guests receive quality customer service throughout their time with us. Always polite and professional, you'll greet guests, assign rooms, complete check-ins and check-outs, and fulfill special requests when able. Attentive to detail, you'll complete cash and credit transactions, block rooms for group reservations, and audit accounts. Throughout every guest interaction, you'll comply with our high customer service and hospitality standards.

In addition to your front desk duties, you'll jump in to help hotel staff with laundry, driving the shuttle van, maintaining the entrance area, and more. Everything you do directly impacts our guests' satisfaction and our hotel's success!


DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Our ideal Guest Hospitality Representative is experienced with computers and property management systems. Here are the minimum requirements:

  • Friendly, positive, and welcoming personality
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and be exposed to cleaning chemicals
