Key Responsibilities
- Deliver course training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations
- Cover topics such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Teach document formatting, spreadsheet management, formulas and functions, data analysis, presentations, email management, and workplace productivity techniques
- Use real-world examples, hands-on exercises, and interactive Q&A sessions
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
Required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 3+ years of professional experience using MS Office in business, administration, education, or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification or equivalent qualification
- Previous teaching, training, mentoring, or corporate training experience
- Experience in administrative, business, or IT-related roles
