Join Kingston Education to deliver engaging guest lectures in our MS Office training programs. Share your expertise with learners seeking to enhance their productivity, administrative, and workplace technology skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver course training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations
  • Cover topics such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Teach document formatting, spreadsheet management, formulas and functions, data analysis, presentations, email management, and workplace productivity techniques
  • Use real-world examples, hands-on exercises, and interactive Q&A sessions
  • Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications

Required

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of professional experience using MS Office in business, administration, education, or a related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred

  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification or equivalent qualification
  • Previous teaching, training, mentoring, or corporate training experience
  • Experience in administrative, business, or IT-related roles
