Key Responsibilities
- Deliver course training sessions, seminars, and workshops
- Cover topics such as public speaking, presentation skills, leadership, team management, communication strategies, conflict resolution, decision-making, time management, and professional development
- Use real-world examples, case studies, role-plays, and interactive activities
- Facilitate discussions and encourage participant engagement
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, Communications, Education, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in management, leadership, training, public speaking, or a related area
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Preferred
- Previous teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring experience
- Professional certifications in leadership, management, coaching, or public speaking
- Experience delivering corporate training programs
