Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver course training sessions, seminars, and workshops
  • Cover topics such as public speaking, presentation skills, leadership, team management, communication strategies, conflict resolution, decision-making, time management, and professional development
  • Use real-world examples, case studies, role-plays, and interactive activities
  • Facilitate discussions and encourage participant engagement
  • Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, Communications, Education, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in management, leadership, training, public speaking, or a related area
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Preferred

  • Previous teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring experience
  • Professional certifications in leadership, management, coaching, or public speaking
  • Experience delivering corporate training programs
