Job Description

Guest Relation–Arabic professional ensures exceptional hospitality experiences, assists Arabic-speaking guests, resolves inquiries efficiently, coordinates services, enhances satisfaction, supports front desk operations, and represents brand standards within luxury hotels in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome Arabic guests with warmth professionalism.
  • Handle reservations inquiries and special requests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge teams.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and diplomatically.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and profiles.
  • Support front desk check-in procedures.
  • Ensure VIP guest personalized service delivery.
  • Promote hotel facilities and premium services.

Skill & Experience

  • Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and guest handling abilities.
  • Excellent problem solving under pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management software systems.
  • Professional appearance with positive customer attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.

Note: Salary is disbursed in the local currency of the country of employment.
