Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hospitality-driven Guest Relationship Manager to lead the end-to-end guest experience — from the moment of inquiry to check-out. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong operational awareness, and the ability to coordinate across departments in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Communication

  • Serve as the primary contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Respond to inquiries and bookings via WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, and phone.
  • Manage smooth check-in/check-out processes, including access, welcome kits, and instructions.
  • Handle guest requests, issues, complaints, and special arrangements with speed and professionalism.
  • Ensure every guest experience supports 5-star reviews and repeat bookings.

Reservation & Platform Management

  • Maintain and manage listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs.
  • Monitor calendars, availability, guest messages, and bookings.
  • Register guest details and documentation on DTCM, Sakani, and PMS systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across platforms.

Operations & Field Coordination

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are guest-ready.
  • Oversee checklists, schedules, and on-site readiness for each unit.
  • Report and process any damages, missing items, or deposit deductions as necessary.
  • Inspect units to ensure they meet DuStay’s quality and presentation standards.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyze guest satisfaction, reviews, and platform ratings.
  • Collect and communicate guest feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Report occupancy rates, operational updates, and any issues to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and OTA platforms.
  • Strong background in hospitality, customer service, or property management.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Flexible availability — must be able to work weekends or evenings when needed.
  • Strong computer and mobile app proficiency.
  • UAE Driving License is required.
  • Leadership experience or the ability to manage on-ground operations is a plus.
