Guest Relations Agent

Job Summary

The Guest Relations Agent serves as the face of the resort, providing exceptional service to VIPs, long-staying guests, and all arriving visitors. The role is key to enhancing guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a lasting positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
  • Manage check-in/check-out procedures for VIPs and regular guests.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently and graciously.
  • Maintain regular contact with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Coordinate with various departments to meet guest needs and preferences.
  • Assist with special requests such as restaurant reservations, celebrations, or transport.
  • Promote resort services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and records in the system.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in guest-facing roles in luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
  • Highly presentable with a courteous and proactive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of front office systems (Opera or similar) is preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to BD450.000 per month
