Job Summary
The Guest Relations Agent serves as the face of the resort, providing exceptional service to VIPs, long-staying guests, and all arriving visitors. The role is key to enhancing guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a lasting positive impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for VIPs and regular guests.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently and graciously.
- Maintain regular contact with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with various departments to meet guest needs and preferences.
- Assist with special requests such as restaurant reservations, celebrations, or transport.
- Promote resort services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and records in the system.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in guest-facing roles in luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
- Highly presentable with a courteous and proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of front office systems (Opera or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
