As we grow, we are looking for a dependable and personable Guest Relations & Ground Operations Associate to represent our brand on the ground and ensure our guests receive seamless, professional, and memorable service.

Position Summary

This is a hands-on guest-facing operations role, ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing check-ins and check-outs, overseeing property readiness, supervising vendors, and resolving service issues across our Downtown Dubai listings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-Ins: Personally welcome guests, assist with luggage, provide access, and conduct property walkthroughs
  • Guest Check-Outs: Coordinate post-check-out inspections and cleaning logistics
  • Quality Assurance: Perform property inspections to meet cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage housekeeping teams, maintenance personnel, deliveries, and other service providers
  • Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns, maintenance issues, and complaints with urgency and professionalism
  • Property Knowledge: Maintain detailed understanding of each unit’s features, amenities, and special instructions
  • Guest Feedback: Collect, respond to, and act on guest feedback to ensure high satisfaction and repeat bookings
  • Maintenance Reporting: Track and follow up on repair needs to ensure quick resolution
  • Documentation: Maintain checklists, logs, and inspection records to ensure accountability

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations, front office, or operations, ideally in hospitality or short-term rentals
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
  • Familiar with OTA platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com
  • Tech-savvy, with basic knowledge of operational tools and mobile apps
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Calm and efficient under pressure, especially during guest emergencies or service disruptions
  • Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight as needed
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s key tourist areas and neighborhoods
  • Based in Dubai (preferably within 15 minutes of Downtown Dubai)
  • Able to start immediately

Preferred Knowledge (a plus, not required)

  • Property management tools (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty)
  • Building management systems (e.g., Sakani)
  • DTCM portal for guest registration and compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
