Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, contractors, and stakeholders professionally
• Manage front desk operations and corporate reception activities

• Coordinate meetings between project managers, engineers, and clients
• Maintain visitor logs, access records, and site entry documentation
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and client relationship management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Client Relations Officer, or Front Office Executive

• Professional appearance and presentation skills
• Ability to handle high-profile clients and VIP visitors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction project offices or developer companies in UAE
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools
• Multilingual skills (Arabic is an advantage)
