Guest Relations Officer

We are hiring Guest Relations Officer who will ensure excellent guest experiences, handle inquiries and complaints, and provide personalized seamless service that enhances the hotel's reputation and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently
  • Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth service
  • Maintain records of VIP guests and ensure personalized attention
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
  • Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction
