The Bilingual Guest Relations Officer will serve as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth, pleasant, and personalized experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Arabic (or another second language), have a warm and professional demeanor, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills suited to a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, etc.) to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and profiles for personalized service.
  • Assist in arranging reservations, transportation, and other guest-related services.
  • Support the Front Office in daily operations and ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Uphold company standards in grooming, communication, and service delivery at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency – fluent in English and Arabic (or another widely spoken language).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC and ready to join immediately.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 Months (extendable based on performance and business needs)
  • Working Hours: As per hospitality shift schedule
  • Compensation: Competitive salary package based on experience
