DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet guests in an appropriate manner and give them an introduction as to the different services offered in the Connect.

- Carry out guest’s request in a professional manner.

- Check guest charges and ensure that charges and payments are processed through the system.

- Ensure familiarity of the different office equipment in the Connect.

- Coordinate closely with the Guest Relations Officer and provide them assistance during peak periods.

- Check and ensure the maintenance of the office equipment.

- Raise maintenance issues to the attention of the Guest Relations Supervisor.

- Exhibit sensitivity to the guest’s needs and ensure that they are properly noted and endorsed.

- Offer assistance in an appropriate manner.

- Heed personal and professional improvement through continuous learning and attendance in internal and external training.

- Uphold a warm and friendly working environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

- A degree in a relevant field or a combination of secondary education and experience.

- With relevant experience of at least 1 year in Business Center / Telephone operations.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision and direction.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral in English. Arabic, Chinese and Russian is a plus.
- Able to work in minimum supervision and can-do multi-tasking
