Guest Relations Officer - UAE Nationals Only

Chinese Palace Group is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer to join our restaurant team in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities

✔ Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
✔ Ensure guests have a positive dining experience
✔ Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and reservations
✔ Coordinate with the restaurant team to provide excellent customer service
✔ Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
✔ Support daily restaurant operations when needed

Requirements

Emirati National (Family Book required)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly personality and professional appearance
Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
Basic English communication skills
Willing to work in a restaurant environment
