Guest Relationship Officer / Receptionist

Working Conditions:

  • 6 days a week (8 hours shift)
  • Office-based position with standard working hours. May require working on weekends or holidays depending on the company’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

· Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist guests with information about the company, services, and local area.

· Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally. Relay messages and information to appropriate staff members.

· Visitor Management: Maintain a log of all visitors and guests. Issue visitor badges and ensure guests are escorted to their destinations within the premises.

· Facility Management: Ensure the reception area and lobby are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed.

· Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings. Ensure guests and attendees have a positive experience during events.

· Security and Safety: Monitor and enforce security protocols for visitors and guests. Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to the relevant authorities.

· Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from guests about their experience & provide insights for service improvement. Address and escalate complaints or issues to the relevant department.

· Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Support the Administration & Operations team & HRD with various tasks as needed.
