Guest Room Attendant

Join our awesome hotel team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in providing an impeccable guest experience. This department is under NEW SUPERVISION and we are seeking dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and possess a keen eye for detail. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will ensure the highest level of cleanliness and tidiness throughout our property, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. DAY SHIFT AND WEEKENDS are a MUST! MUST BE 18 TO APPLY!

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces in guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies, and ensure a hygienic environment.
• Handle guest requests promptly and with a friendly demeanor, striving to exceed their expectations.
• Adhere to established hotel procedures and protocols to ensure safety and security standards are maintained.
• Work with the maintenance team to report any issues or damages that require attention.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required. We welcome motivated individuals who are willing to learn and grow.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.25 per hour
