A Room Attendant (also known as a Housekeeping Attendant) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas in a hotel, resort, or similar facility. They ensure that guests have a comfortable and welcoming stay by providing clean and well-prepared rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Cleaning & Maintenance
  • Clean guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Guest Service
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for extra supplies, such as towels, pillows, or toiletries.
  • Ensure rooms meet the hotel’s standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests.
  • Inventory Management
  • Track and restock housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities.
  • Assist in organizing storage areas and housekeeping carts efficiently.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RO5,000.000 - RO8,400.000 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
