Guest Sales Associate

At European Wax Center, we’re committed to delivering an elevated guest experience through expertise, professionalism, and care. Our Guest Experience Sales Experts (GSAs) play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while driving sales performance and supporting daily operations.

This position combines hospitality and sales excellence, ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with guests, achieving measurable goals, and representing a luxury brand known for professionalism and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service from check-in through check-out while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor.
• Educate guests on savings opportunities such as Wax Pass® packages, EWC Brand products and Programs (Rewards, Referral, Promotions, & Platforms)
• Proactively engage in sales conversations to meet and exceed center daily, monthly, and yearly sales quotas
• Accurately manage front-desk operations including scheduling, phone management, payments, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant front-of-house environment consistent with EWC brand and California health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Wax Specialists and leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
• Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed measurable performance expectations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time and part-time positions available

Schedule: Day, evening, and weekend shifts; flexible scheduling available

Compensation: $17.50-$20 hourly wage depending on experience
